Terms of Use
By using this website, you’re agreeing to a few straightforward rules. These terms cover the site itself — what you can do here, what the published content means, and how the booking and agent tools work. They don’t govern any actual client engagement; if we work together, that’s covered by a separate signed agreement.
What These Terms Cover (and What They Don’t)
These Terms of Use govern your use of the Adroit website, including all published content, the on-site AI agent, and the booking flow. They apply to every visitor.
What these terms do NOT cover: Any client engagement you enter into with Adroit. Client work is governed by a separate, signed Statement of Work that references Adroit’s contract service schedule. Nothing on this website — no page, no agent answer, no published article — creates a binding commitment to deliver specific services or results. Those commitments exist only in a signed agreement.
Using the Site and the Agent
You’re welcome to browse, read, and interact with the agent for legitimate purposes. You may not:
- 01
Use automated tools to scrape, copy, or republish large portions of the site’s content
- 02
Attempt to manipulate, break, or reverse-engineer the agent
- 03
Probe the agent with adversarial inputs designed to produce incorrect, harmful, or off-brand responses
- 04
Misrepresent yourself or your company in conversations with the agent or in booking requests
The agent is built to answer from Adroit’s approved knowledge base only — the same curated sources that power the company’s own content operations. It will not improvise claims Adroit hasn’t approved. That said, agent answers are informational, not advisory, and are not guaranteed to be complete, current, or applicable to your specific situation.
What You Can (and Can’t) Do With Published Content
All content on this site — articles, frameworks, method descriptions, and case examples — is Adroit’s intellectual property. Published content is generated from Adroit’s own approved knowledge base using the same process the company uses for client work.
You may read, reference, and link to published content. You may not republish, redistribute, or repackage it as your own.
Client examples are anonymized by default. Where case studies or examples appear on the site, identifying details are withheld unless the client has given explicit permission. You may not attempt to identify anonymized clients or use any published example as though it were a named, attributable endorsement.
No Advice, No Warranty
Nothing on this site is legal, financial, regulatory-compliance, or business advice specific to your situation. Published content and agent answers are informational — they describe what Adroit does, how the company thinks about growth and operations, and what kinds of engagements it typically runs — but they are not recommendations tailored to your business.
Adroit does not offer regulatory-compliance services. The company works with U.S.-based clients targeting U.S. audiences, and compliance advisory — including but not limited to the EU AI Act — is not a service Adroit provides. Do not interpret anything on this site as compliance guidance.
Agent answers are constrained to approved sources, but they are not guaranteed to be complete, current, or error-free. If a decision matters, verify it in a signed scope or a live conversation with Adroit’s team.
Third-Party Tools and Links
The site includes embedded tools — a meeting scheduler, analytics, and occasional embedded media — and links to external resources referenced in articles. Adroit does not control those third-party services and is not responsible for their availability, accuracy, or terms. When you use an embedded tool or follow an outbound link, that service’s own terms apply.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Adroit is not liable for any damages arising from your use of this website, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, even if Adroit has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Your use of the site, the agent, and any content or tools provided here is at your own risk. The site and all content are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, express or implied.
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Adroit, its owners, and its team from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the site, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any third party’s rights.
Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
